Hong Kong Delivery Terms and Conditions
Order Information
- Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).
- Order must be made at least 3 working days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Delivery Information
- Delivery costs for all Hong Kong deliveries will apply. Please refer to the delivery cost table for Hong Kong below.
- Delivery costs are excluded in the price of the product.
- Deliveries of chosen items are subject to availability at time of purchase. Substitution may occur on some occasions.
- In the event that an incorrect recipient address was provided and a delivery was made, a fee of SGD$35.00 will be imposed for the order to be re-delivered to the correct address.
Cancellation of Order
- There will be no administrative charge for cancellations.
- Cancellations have to be made 48 hours in advance before delivery.
- A late cancellation fee of 30% of the order cost will be imposed if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance.
- In the event that the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
Exchanges / Refunds
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.
Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.
