China Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Information

Orders are chargeable in Singapore currency ($SGD).
Order must be made at least 3 working days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in China and Singapore
Delivery charges are included in the price of the product.
Recipient's address must be correct. Please ensure that someone will be there to receive the gift. If the recipient is not at the point of delivery for any reason, a re-delivery charge will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders.

Change of Particulars

Any change of particulars (e.g. address, card message, and all details related to delivery) must be made within 1 working day before delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 working days before date of delivery.
A late cancellation fee of 50% of the order cost will be imposed if the cancellation is made less than 3 working days in advance.
There will be no refunds in the event that the delivery has already been made. The full purchase amount will apply.

Substitution and Policy

Noel Gifts reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
Prices are subject to change during festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and and other major festivals.
Fresh Fruits are dependent on seasonal availability.

Exchanges / Refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please note that there are no loyalty points allocated to the purchase of gifts that are to be delivered outside Singapore.
Corporate benefits do not apply to international orders.
